If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and My Holiday Circle (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”).
My Holiday Circle is a small business based in Zagreb, Croatia, specializing in handcrafted decorative wreaths and circles for your home. Each piece is made with love using natural materials.
All our products are handmade, meaning each piece may contain slight variations in color, size, and appearance compared to the photographs displayed on the Site. These variations are not defects but rather a testament to the authenticity of handcrafted goods.
We strive to ensure that all displayed prices are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
Our ordering process is inquiry-based. Submitting an inquiry or placing an order through the Site does not constitute an automatic purchase. The process is as follows:
We accept payment exclusively by bank transfer. You will receive all payment details by email after order confirmation, including:
An order is considered confirmed once we receive your payment. If payment is not received within 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delivery is arranged individually for each order. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. We deliver within the Republic of Croatia via the Croatian Postal Service or a courier service.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on product availability and crafting complexity. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or force majeure events.
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:
In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15), the right of unilateral withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court in Zagreb.
